Like so many businesses across the country, COVID-19 has had a big impact on our Paisley branch. It has been challenging to provide the best urgent and emergency vet cover for our clients whilst maintaining a safe working environment for our clients, their pets and our practice colleagues.
Over the years, we have worked closely with our sister practice at Ibrox- which continued to provide a veterinary service for our clients’ pets, whilst we closed the doors at Paisley during the COVID-19 lockdown.
This arrangement has worked well and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our Paisley branch with immediate effect.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
What this means for our clients
Client accounts with pet clinical histories have been transferred to the secure database of our sister practice – Champion Vets, Ibrox. The team here will already be familiar with many of our Paisley clients.

Healthy Pet Club
Membership of The Healthy Pet Club will also automatically transfer to the Ibrox branch, together with account details, so clients can continue to enjoy the usual discounts and savings.
Please note: there will be a change in the Healthy Pet Club reference number, which will show as different on bank statements for the monthly direct debit. Any concerns regarding membership, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
Emergency Out of Hours
There is no change to the out of hours emergency service.
We thank all of our Paisley clients for their custom over the years and have enjoyed welcoming them to our Ibrox branch.
